Team Insights
Give your team real insight, without a long-term commitment.
Validated behavioural assessments (SEIP®, Extended DISC®, or Drawmetrics) that turn invisible team patterns into a shared, practical language. Delivered as a standalone session, scaled to your team.
Why this works for teams
Most of what gets in the way at work isn't a skills gap, it's invisible. Communication habits, how people respond under pressure, how they read and misread each other.
Team Insights makes those patterns visible fast. Instead of guessing or avoiding the conversation, your team gets a shared language for what's actually happening, often in a single session.
A good starting point if…
You want to invest in your team, whether that's a group of 3 or a department of 15, without committing to a multi-week program
You're planning development conversations and want more than a gut feeling behind them
You want a fast way to build self-awareness across a team before a workshop or coaching program
You're assessing readiness for promotion or building out your leadership pipeline
You're investing in developing the women in your team and want a concrete starting point
The tools I use
I'm certified in three assessments, each suited to a different outcome:
SEIP® — Social + Emotional Intelligence Profiling
Best for: leadership development, coaching, and building emotional intelligence capability across teams.
Developed by the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence, the SEIP® measures 26 competencies across emotional intelligence and social effectiveness. It provides deep insight into how you manage emotions, respond under pressure, navigate relationships, and make decisions.
Includes a detailed report and a one-hour debrief session.
Extended DISC®
Best for: improving communication, reducing conflict, and strengthening team dynamics.
Extended DISC® focuses on observable behaviour, how you prefer to communicate, make decisions, and interact with others. Unlike static personality models, it recognises that people flex their style across contexts, and helps you understand both your natural defaults and how you can adapt intentionally.
Includes a detailed report and a debrief session.
Drawmetrics — World’s first drawing based psychometric profiling tool
Best for: deeper self-awareness, coaching, and understanding underlying patterns.
Drawmetrics is a cognitive and emotional assessment that uses drawing as a projective tool, offering a unique, non-verbal way to access how you think and respond.
