How it Works

Coaching is a six-week commitment by design. Real behaviour change doesn't happen in a single session - it happens when we have the time to notice patterns, try new approaches, and embed what works.

What's included:

  • Six one-hour sessions, weekly or fortnightly depending on pace

  • A tailored program built around your context and goals

  • Delivery online (Zoom) or in person (Melbourne)

  • Reflection prompts and practical tools between sessions

  • Optional behavioural profile (SEIP® or Extended DISC®) to anchor the work
