Hi, I’m Daiana.

Most people call me Dai. I'm the founder of MYEI, short for My Emotional Intelligence. I work with managers and organisations to build the human skills that turn pressure into performance.

My name reflects where I come from. Paraguayan and Taiwanese, raised across languages, cultures, and emotional norms that didn't always agree with each other. Adapting was never optional - it was the daily work of being understood. That work, adapting, listening, translating between worlds, became the foundation of everything I do now.

I studied Social Science at RMIT, specialising in Translation and Interpreting across English, Spanish, and Mandarin. The work taught me that language is the easy part; meaning is what's hard. Leadership works the same way.

My credentials

  • Certified Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach - Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence (ISEI)

  • Extended DISC® Accredited Practitioner

  • Graduate, Women & Leadership Australia - Leadership Program

  • Further coaching development with People Builders

What that looks like in practice

I coach one-on-one, develop teams, run profiling, and facilitate workshops designed to create lasting change, not the kind that fades when the offsite ends.

I've worked across both government and private practice. In government, I led employee engagement programs at scale. In private practice, I've worked one-on-one with high-performing professionals. Both taught me the same thing: people don't grow because someone tells them to. They grow when they feel seen, supported, and trusted enough to try.

My approach is grounded in neuroscience and behavioural science, shaped by real case studies, and built around practical tools you can use the next day, not theory you forget by Monday.

At the centre of all of it is one belief that hasn't moved in years:

When people grow, everything around them grows too.
