Assessments

Insight you can actually use.

Validated behavioural and emotional intelligence tools that turn invisible patterns into clear language for individuals, teams, and organisations.

Not about putting you in a box. About giving you better language for how you think, communicate, and work with others.

Why profiling matters

Most of what gets in the way at work isn't visible. It's patterns - in how we communicate, how we respond under pressure, how we read and interpret other people.

Profiling makes those patterns visible. It gives you a structured way to understand:

  • How you naturally think and respond

  • How you show up in different contexts

  • What's working well, and what might be getting in your way

  • How you're perceived and where that differs from how you intend

At a team level, assessments change the conversation. Instead of guessing or avoiding, teams build a shared language for what's actually happening. That makes it easier to collaborate, navigate differences, and move work forward.

The tools I use

I'm certified in a small number of assessments I genuinely trust. Each serves a different purpose.

SEIP® — Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile

Best for: leadership development, coaching, and building emotional intelligence capability across teams.

Developed by the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence, the SEIP® measures 26 competencies across emotional intelligence and social effectiveness. It provides deep insight into how you manage emotions, respond under pressure, navigate relationships, and make decisions.

Includes a detailed report and a one-hour debrief session.

Extended DISC®

Best for: improving communication, reducing conflict, and strengthening team dynamics.

Extended DISC® focuses on observable behaviour — how you prefer to communicate, make decisions, and interact with others. Unlike static personality models, it recognises that people flex their style across contexts, and helps you understand both your natural defaults and how you can adapt intentionally.

Includes a detailed report and a debrief session.

Drawmetrics — coming soon

Best for: deeper self-awareness, coaching, and understanding underlying patterns.

Drawmetrics is a cognitive and emotional assessment that uses drawing as a projective tool — offering a unique, non-verbal way to access how you think and respond. Accreditation in progress; full launch coming soon.

Who assessments are for

Individuals

People who want to understand themselves more clearly - often because they're stepping into new responsibilities, feeling stuck in patterns, or preparing for progression.

Teams

Teams experiencing unclear communication, friction, or change, and teams investing proactively in how well they work together.

Organisations

Organisations developing leadership capability, going through growth or restructuring, or wanting to build a shared language for behaviour and performance across their people.

Assessments aren't only for when something is going wrong. They're often most powerful when used proactively to build awareness before it's needed, not after.
